We typically give our photographers up to eight weeks to provide photographs from your session date. If your session was submitted for retouching by you or a medical provider, it could take up to twelve weeks to receive your images. Please note that we will send the image gallery via a link to an online web gallery to only the email address listed on the consent form. Be sure to check your spam in case it doesn't make it to your inbox.

If you still have not received your baby’s photographs after eight weeks (photography sessions) and twelve weeks (retouching sessions), we would be happy to work with you to find out the status of your images.
